  • The account is soft-deleted (deactivated), profile-identifying data is anonymised, and active sessions are invalidated
  • Public visibility of associated content is removed
  • After the applicable retention period, operational content may be deleted
  • Where there is no billing/financial transaction history, the account and associated data may be fully hard-deleted after retention processing
  • Where billing/financial data exists, anonymised records may be retained as required by law
